I was somehow a little bit skeptical to try and visit coz I thought it would be far from the city center but I was mistaken. Turns out it was just a 7-10min ride from the city to Nimbus Cafe— located at Nature Tower Hotel. I love the Pulled Pork Ciabatta Sandwich and Pork Osso Buco. I haven’t really encountered these foods served at a coffee shop. The food was spectacular. The pork was tasty and tender. I also love their Nacho Fries. For a 180php, you get to have a lot of fries and greens with good dressing!! This is a must-try For their coffee, of course, I had to try their famous Cloud Coffee It was a nice take to tug your inner child. Coffee can improve pa. For soup-based food, I would recommend you try their Crispy Pork Sinigang!! Ugh. I love it. The asim-kilig kick was there. I love the tenderness of the pork. The ambience? No more explanation. It was like you’re part of the clouds. The panoramic view of the mountains, the accumulation of clouds, and the cool breeze of Benguet are more than enough to satisfy you. Service is A+

Went there today with my girlfriend. We enjoyed and experienced new tastes that matched our taste buds. If you have a low salt-tolerance, you may find their food a little salty. (Mapapakanin ka talaga ) The mushroom soup is creamy and has real bits of mushrooms. It did not taste like Knorr soup. The Poulet au Vinaigre is creamy and juicy. It’s a boneless chicken thigh as well. The kare-kare’s sauce has a prominent peanut butter flavor, topped with lechon kawali. It is just that the veggies are all boiled. We preferred fried eggplant. The pesto pasta is rich with sauce. It has broccoli and Baguio beans as well. Overall, the dish is delicious. The ube latte is 10/10. The ube flavor is strong and you can still taste the coffee. The cappuccino is 10/10 as well. The cotton candy cloud for all hot drinks is a whole new experience! Very aesthetic. PS. The parking area is very spacious.

The food was good. My sister enjoyed her pesto pasta; for the matcha latte, it was just okay according to her. The Belat sandwich (bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato) was good. As for the coffee, it could improve. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were nice and accommodating when we arrived, though we had to wait because the place was full but it was quite nice also because they took our orders early, but after we settled to dine we had to order again because our previous orders were no longer available, and we need to take another time to wait more. We ordered nachos and the taste was quite good, the dinakdakan is also nice, it's good they had pancit on the menu, but the pork sisig was quite tasteless, it had less salt, it had no chili or even spring onions as toppings less soy sauce, no calamansi. The presentation of their coffees and other hot beverages was unique and artistic, but I should have asked for more sugar because mine was quite bitter. The amount of serving for me was small but pricey, but so far it was a very recommendable place for relaxation. Thank you for serving us.

The food was satisfactory, but there's definitely potential for enhancement in terms of flavor variety and depth. Additionally, the dish could benefit from an increased portion size to better satisfy hunger and ensure that everyone has enough to enjoy. As for their coffee, I felt compelled to sample their renowned Cloud Coffee, which was a delightful experience that appealed to the child within us all (yes we ordered each with different flavors of course). However, the coffee itself could benefit from some refinement to elevate its taste. However, it is possible that the fluffy cloud of cotton candy is the very thing that will infuse your coffee with a delicate sweetness. When it comes to the ambience, there's really no need for further elaboration. It felt as though you were enveloped amongst the clouds, with the breathtaking panorama of the mountains, the gathering clouds, and the refreshing breeze of Baguio providing a truly fulfilling experience. The service was top-notch, earning an A+ from me.
